Richland, WA Beautiful Baby Search Winner

Every year I do a Beautiful Baby Search in the Spring.  This year, I partnered with Polliwog’s Children’s Boutique, located at the Uptown in Richland, WA.  Our winner this year was the beautiful and sweet Natallie.
