Springtime Family Session

Sometimes when clients contact me, it is for their first family session, ever!  They’ve maybe never done photos before, other than engagement or wedding photos.  And their lives have usually changed substantially 🙂  It’s always a great time for that first session!  Sometimes though, I tell clients to postpone their session, just a bit.  If their baby is between the newborn and sitting stage, I usually recommend waiting until they can sit, because that’s when you’ll get a lot more variety out of your final images. It is difficult for me to say ‘wait’, because I know how important photos are, and there is SO much love for baby around that age as well.  But when you’re making an investment in a professional photographer for a full session, I will try to get the most out of it that I can for you!
